 St.Daniel fasting is one of the most responsable decision in our life. Responsability to God, to nature, to ourselves. 

What can I eat?


 70% fruits and vegetables

30% vegetable fats, proteins and whole carbohydrates


FRUITS: Apples, Plums, Berries, Grapes, Peaches, Melon, Watermelon, Pears, Dates, Golden apple, etc.

VEGETABLES: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Spinach, Kale, Carrots, Peppers, Mushrooms, Zucchini, Eggplant, Asparagus, Brussels Sprouts, Parsnips, Potatoes, etc.

NUTS: Almonds, Walnuts, Cashews, Pecans, Pistachios, Hasselnuts, Peanuts etc.

SEEDS: Hemp, Chia, Flax, Pumpking seeds, Sunflowerseeds etc.

BEANS: Lentils, Beans, Chick Peas, Soy Beans, Tofu, etc.

GRAINS: Spelt, Oats, Barley, Buckwheat, Millet, Rye, Quinoa etc.

SWEETENERS: Sugar is replaced by fruit and vegetable sweeteners. We can use also raw honey.
